About Us

We are an Independent family run garage established in 1993 in the village of Thorpe End just 5 minutes from Norwich City Centre with ample off road parking. We off all garage services - MOT Test Station, Servicing, Repairs, Computer Diagnostics, Exhaust & Tyre Fitting + All general repairs.
We pride ourselves on providing a personal service along with up to date technology to keep you on the road safely.

"Friendly receptionist who made it very easy to book with good flexibility if I needed to rearrange.
Easy to find the garage, good parking and clear signs to reception. Comfortable waiting area if required and Covid safe!
Staff are friendly, cheerful and happy to help with any questions.

Very reasonable prices for the service, detailed bill including a breakdown of costs, parts used etc.
Previously used the garage for an MOT and again received an excellent service, they called when I need some tyres changing and were happy to do the required work - also explained everything and answered any questions I have about the work, coatings, collection/payment during a lockdown.

Literally everything car related

"I operate Chilled Driving Tuition with a fleet of 40+ cars so have many requirements from servicing, MOT's, repairs, tyres etc and often at extremely short notice with a need for a very fast turn around. Nothing has ever been too much trouble, you will not find a more accommodating garage anywhere and the team are always extremely welcoming and reassuring. The standard of work is exceptional, often going the extra mile to make sure only the best will suffice and the prices are very reasonable. Never had a problem at all and if anyone ever did then all they need to do is speak to the management team there who would sort it in a heartbeat as they are so passionate about customer service and getting it right."
