Loft Insulation Cavity Wall Insulation Trickle Vents on windows Extractor Fan in Bathroom

"The original canvasser and surveyor were very friendly and professional when carried out in September/October last year.
The work has not yet been finalised as we are still awaiting the extractor fan to be 'boxed in' and a pulse test to be carried out on one window which could not be fitted with a 'trickle vent' as it is a sash window!!
The communication between ourselves and SCIS has been to say the least appalling!! Most of the contact has been my ringing the office and chasing.
Extractor fan: Electrician turned up but did not have the correct fan, when he did return (very pleasant and helpful young man) still nobody had ordered the correct fan and he had to ring the office and drive to collect - this again was me chasing for work to be done. (Job not complete for 'boxing in')
Cavity Wall Insulation: Originally men turned up but extractor fan had not been fitted; subsequently date arranged with me but not with the 'fitters' so wasted day!
Trickle Vents: Only two windows fitted (materials 'cheap and cheerful)- remaining two fitted following cavity wall insulation completed.
Twice I had to call 'HelpinU' for assistance
Loft Insulation - after chasing, workman arrived and all fitted
If it were not for John in the SCIS office I don't think work would be completed by now - some 8 months after canvass!!
It would be very difficult to recommend this company following the above experience!!
No problem with workmen when they turned up; had I been paying I would have cancelled the contract.

Only John at SCIS managed to make arrangements that were
