Provision of EPC and Legionella risk assessment for rental purposes

"Scott who carried out the work was extremely pleasant, helpful and respectful of my property.
He made sure that, as a landlord, I was aware of the legislation requirements relating to the work and that the work would be fully compliant with those.
After completing the EPC and legionella check he explained where there was an opportunity to improve the rating and suggested I check whether there is any government grants/interest free loans for improvement works.
Overall it was an excellent service carried out by a very competent person."

Following the installation of an air sourced heat pump and an increase in the number of solar panels it was essential to re assess the EPC for 6 Finlay Close, Pitlochry.

Provide us with a Energy Performance certificate.

"He was very pleasant and polite, took lots of pictures and seemed to know his stuff. After he’d finished, he asked to stay in the kitchen to complete his paperwork – this demonstrate how long that takes him and was very through. He was here about 45 minutes. He brought his own ladders and coffee and took his shoes off even though I said he didn’t have to!
