"We have found SJ Donnellys extremely professional in my dealing with all members of the team.

They were very polite and did all the work to a good standard. They were happy to rectify a couple of minor issues I raised with out hesitation.

I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending this company to anyone looking for external wall insulation.

"Sam from SJ Donnelly provided a very competitive quote to complete the external wall insulation.
We were invited to call with any questions or concerns prior to work commencing and throughout the installation and everyone at the office was friendly and professional.
Work began on the arranged date. All of the tradesmen that came were tidy, curtious and a pleasure to have at the property.
The work was completed to the highest of standards with attention to detail at every step of the way making the whole process stress free.
We are absolutely thrilled with the end result and cannot thank SJ Donnelly enough. I would not hesitate to use them again in the future and have recommened them to both friends and family."

Exterior wall insulation installed and silicone render applied, with all related work to windowsills, pipework etc.

"SJ Donnelly were a pleasure to deal with. Their staff were all friendly and reliable. The work was partly dependent on the weather so it was difficult to be certain about timescales, but they did all they could to keep it moving forward and we have no complaints about that. The quality of the finished work has exceeded our expectation and we have had many positive comments from neighbours and passers-by. Cutting the polystyrene blocks on site created a lot of mess but it is difficult to think of a better way of working unless a high-tech solution is introduced. Having blue film over our windows (to protect them from the rendering work) for a week or more was not much fun and we wondered why it had to be blue! But these are really minor and transient niggles. The whole team including the subcontractors were cheerful, helpful and reliable, and the site manager was particularly good and nothing slipped past him. We were delighted to get £5k off the cost using the Green Homes Grant scheme and we lament the way that the government is now slashing the funding for this scheme. The house has been noticeably warmer since the work was done. Would definitely recommend both the process and the company."

Jenson Waites, Rob, Warrick and colleagues on the rendering team, Kieran who measured up, Rusty who did all the pipes etc, a helpful team of electricians (didn't get their names), and the cheerful scaffolders from O'Reillys. Sorry if we missed anyone, they were all brilliant
