Concrete guttering replaced with UPVC. New polycarb roof to

"The job overall is satisfactory. However, M & M had to be called back to attend to an incomplete join between the new polycarb roof and the existing flat roof. He did not respond to requests for this until I contacted him through Trustmark's email service. This was then rectified. We were promised a guarantee through Trustmark approximately 1 month after completion of the job in November. Three months later we are still waiting for this, despite several reminders and requests. M & M keep telling us (since January) the paperwork has been sent to yourselves and should be with us in a week or so."
