"The service was excellent from start to finish, from planning and helping us to choose through to completion. Our en-suite is transformed to a high end quality finish. The hall floor tiling into the cloakroom looks amazing and the boxing in has really finished it off. The team did a great job, we would definitely recommend."

Design and installation of a new kitchen. Included plumbing, gas and electrical work required.

"We engaged CSKB to manage the design and installation of our kitchen, including all services (e.g. electrical).

CSKB’s designer really listened to what is important to us and how we intended to use our new kitchen. She came up with a design based on our ideas, and proactively proposed a different design, that she thought would meet our needs better. We’re very pleased that she did that as that’s the design we went with and we’re pleased at it works better.

CSKB visited our house to check the fit of our chosen design in situ. This turned out to be vital as it uncovered an issue with our preferred design in relation to the space. Not all designers we initially met with undertake site visits - and this would have caused us problems on installation! CSKB gave us options on how to tweak the design so this issue could be addressed.

We were never pressured to make decisions, and there were no soft tactics (e.g. “installation slots filling up”).

The installation process was managed well and staff at the office were always up to date on the detail of the installation. Our installation was due to commence just as the supply chain issues massively increased. The impact on our installation was managed well and there was good communication with us.

Everyone who came to our home was polite and explained what they were doing and how long it would take them. There was good attention to detail in all elements of the installation and we are pleased with our new kitchen."

Design and supply a new kitchen including appliances and worktops. Arrange and coordinate the removal of the old kitchen, the remedial repair works required (plumbing, electrics and plastering) and the installation of new kitchen along with granite worktops and tiling.

"I had a style in mind prior to looking at various kitchen supplier showrooms and was very pleased to come across Chipping Sodbury Kitchen & Bathrooms.
CSKB supplied the exact style of unit I had in mind and offered both the cabintry and carcass in a variety of colours, enabling me to select the perfect look.
I felt confident they had the knowledge when they visited my property to ensure what I had in mind would work and they made useful suggestions.
I was invited to the showroom to discuss the design in detail and was not at any stage made to feel under pressure to make hasty decisions. Time to go away with brochures and follow up discussions at the showroom facilitated the selection of the right materials and fittings.
The fitting process commenced the date I had been informed of and ran smoothly with a few minor issues being resolved in a very timely manner.
The project is now complete resulting in a beautiful, functional kitchen that works perfectly in my home."

Replace Gas/induction hob with a larger induction only hob, which they supplied. The hob was to be fitted in a compacted laminate worktop

"It had been extremely difficult for me to find a company that would replace an existing hob (gas/electric) with a larger (electric only) one. The main problem was the worktop, already installed, as it is made of compacted laminate a very hard and difficult material to cut. Also the gas had to be disconnected. CSKB advised on and then sourced the induction hob for me. The workmen came on the day and at the time which had been previously agreed. Their work was excellent and they cleaned the area so well that when they had left the only proof of their being there was the beautiful new induction hob which is working well. Thank you CSKB for all the work you have done."

Design and installation of completely new kitchen and bathroom in mid-Victorian house. Kitchen included integrated electric oven, gas hob and dishwasher. Bathroom included installation of bath, freestanding shower cubicle, washbasin and lavatory. The latter was a completely new installation - no lavatory had been included in the original bathroom - so required a new soil-pipe to intersect with the existing drainage below ground level.

"We chose CSKB to do our kitchen back in 2005, and they were really excellent. When we bought a new property recently and wanted a new kitchen and bathroom, going back to them seemed a no-brainer. A very good design service that challenged our original ideas and as a result produced a kitchen and bathroom that will be a pleasure to live with over the the coming years. The work had just begun when COVID-19 lockdown began, but in spite of the problems (especially component-supply) brought about by that, both rooms were completed by the move-in date we'd given when we first placed the order. Personal service of high quality by people who know what they're doing - not cheap, but you get the service and rooms you pay for!"

total kitchen and utility room revamp, wall removed between kitchen and dinning room. Following home survey visit by CSKB a detailed quote and images was provided. I made a couple of visits to show room to select units and flooring prior to final quotation.

"Deciding to upgrade a kitchen is quite a complex business, and a slightly daunting one. CSKB were attractive to me as they offered a total project service and one point of accountability and a wide product range to select from in showroom.

Whilst the renovations were straightforward, the work span was wide, with pretty well floor to ceiling, wall to wall, electrical to plumbing upgrades. A certain amount of building work, wall removal, and the boxing in of warm air unit and associated ducting was also necessary.

Work was done on time as per specification, with work well phased with sub contractors dovetailing efforts. Work force helpful, cheerful and skilled, Quality level is high with a few snags quickly resolved.

All new kitchen and electrical units well fitted and tested. New flooring prepared and laid with few issues.

overall a good job, reasonable value and a happy customer.

"After being let down by another kitchen company we contact CSK whilst away in New Zealand. With the aid of FaceTime and emails they designed a fantastic kitchen for us. Delivery was on time and they continued to keep in touch.

"Great local company who use local suppliers, from the design through to the finish, any glitches were soon ironed out, kept up to date of what was going on.

Luckily the builders had the luxury of an empty shell so did not have to work around a resident, but within reason and were able to come when it suited them and one or more trades could be in the house and not necessarily get in each others way and probably easier to find out what was going on.
