Two story rear kitchen / diner extension and 1st story bathroom extension, with creation on new downstairs W/C.
Work including the following:
- Moving manhole into sewer.
- Removal of old kitchen and clearing site for building works.
- Creation of new foundations.
- All steelwork.
- Bricklaying and all structural walls, laying reclaiming floorboards, resin roof.
- Creation of new laundry room .
- Laying of all new plumbing and pipework for new boiler, new radiators, new kitchen, laundry and W/C.
- Creation of new downstairs W/C.
- Interior kitchen / dinner extension internal installation, including all electrical, plumbing goods, general carpentry such as kitchen units, sink, dish washer, worktops etc.
- Moving boiler and new central heating.
- Extending upstairs bathroom
- Installation of new bathroom, including tiling, lighting, new bath, shower, sink, etc.
- Reconfiguring hallway to allow for new layout and joining with old part of the house.
