"Firstly, Your Plumber was the only company who actually answered the phone - I tried a few (even texted, no response). The gent on the end of the phone was really nice and made me feel like the issue I was having wasn't too small a job for them. The plumber arrived within the allocated timeslot and was really efficient. He needed to get a part which he didn't have in his van, so he phoned a local supplier and went to fetch it - he returned quickly. A week later and the problem has definitely not come back, so a job well done. I was extremely happy with the service and will only use Your Plumber when needing a plumber from now on."

"It turned out my whole system needed needed some TLC. The engineers were superb! They were professional, hard-working, knowledgeable, explained everything they were doing, cleaned up thoroughly and on top of that, are really lovely and polite, considerate men.

I needed a plumber for an emergency callout on a weekend.

"I've used PH247 many times in the past and they are my go-to plumbers as I find their rates are competitive, you know their staff are qualified and they have a guarantee on their work. Years ago I used a cheaper option and you pay twice for bad workmanship so I'd rather pay a bit more but know its a quality job done.
Ph24 attended my rented property and fixed my shower in a timely fashion. My tenant had no complaints. I found him to be courteous and polite on the phone. There was an issue over invoicing which was no ones fault, just miscommunication and Ryan the manager at head office sorted it out. This is why I always return to PH247 they are professional, transparent and trust worthy."

The engineer came as scheduled and completed work within the allotted time and provided maintenance tips for the future. "Louchavan did a wonderful job, It was no problem for him to complete the multiple jobs. Excellent service all round. Good price, punctual and tidied up afterwards. Even helped by sending pictures with the quotation and a customer help manual. I would 100% recommend PH247 and will use them for future jobs."
