Strip back to timber rafters, installation of Tyvek membrane, SW battens, dry valley systems and ventilation systems to meet current building regs.
Removal and replacement of existing timber fascia and soffit boards with UPVC vented fascia/soffits.
Installation of new gutters and down pipes.
Re point chimney and replacement of existing pots and cowl.
