Seemingly the electrics was not included in the price.

"Receptionist very pleasant and helpful. Phone call from Mark Petrie early morning to say that due to extreme weather conditions the men would not be fitting the windows that day but would try the following day. I appreciated the call so early in the morning. The two men were extremely considerate (closing doors behind them to keep the heat indoors) and were very pleasant. All rubbish was removed."
