"Carl, James and the team did a fantastic job. Access to the garden was not ideal through the kitchen but they made a point of clearing up after each day. The recent snow slowed them down but we only lost one day and managed to finish on time. Standard of work is excellent, the fencing and new lawn look amazing ready for the summer and the patio path and lawn edging look great. We made some changes to the job during which Carl was very happy to accommodate and did not charge us anything more than I would have expected to pay. Thoroughly recommend!"

Our old concrete front garden was dug out and replaced by a resin-bound driveway. The existing steps to the front door were also paved over as the previous finish had begun to break-up. The wall at the side of the driveway was removed and replaced with a stronger wall due to the height difference between our property and our neighbour''s front garden. Finally a retaining wall was built around the existing steps to the front door and around the front of the house so that the foundations of the house were not exposed.

"The guys at Greenscape were very friendly throughout and provided the most in-depth quote of the numerous driveway companies that we contacted. They also talked us through the work fully so that we were aware of each stage of the project.

There were a few issues along the way due to unforeseen circumstances but Greenscape dealt with them very quickly and kept us informed at all times. There was an issue with the council not agreeing to the material used but this was dealt with swiftly by Greenscape by providing the manufacturer's specifications and the council agreed that this was satisfactory. Their customer service really was excellent throughout which is why we were so pleased that we chose Greenscape.

The final product looks great and the guidance provided by Greenscape on the style was greatly appreciated."

Small repair to a section of rotten decking frame.

"Greenscape installed our decking several years ago and we were very pleased with their work. A small issue arose this summer and we contacted them. They visited the site and then arranged a time to undertake the repair. They are in high demand so we naturally had to wait a few weeks for the work to be fitted in but they kept their commitment to get it done before Christmas. The repair work was very neat and not a single decking board was damaged in the process so the deck looks just as good as it did before a section was taken up. Very pleased."

Having been impressed with other examples of Greenscapes’ work we asked them to quote for: • Replacing an existing driveway in tarmac covering 44m2 with one of block paving. • Replacing a path in tarmac at the side of the house with approximately 13m2 of block paving to match the rear patio. • Cleaning and repointing the rear patio. After an onsite visit from James, we received within a few days a written quote describing in detail the work to be carried out and the associated costs shown below before VAT. We judged the costs to be extremely reasonable and furthermore the work could be performed at a time to suit us.

"After the removal of the existing driveway overseen by Carl, the work was carried out by Stevie and Yannick with Stevie in charge. They were truly excellent, working diligently both individually and together and were a pleasure to have around.

We really appreciated Stevie’s obvious interest in the overall design and implementation, and in ensuring the high quality of the work.

Everyone we met from Greenscape was pleasant and hardworking and
we would recommend them unreservedly.

1) They discussed the options and also adhered to the limitations, I told them about the work to be done before quoting.

1) They quoted properly and adhered to the quote.

2) They had excellent knowledge of what and how the job should be done.

3) They arrived promptly every day.

4) All of the Greenscape workers worked extremely hard at getting the work done.

5) They were polite and courteous.

6) They cleaned up any mess that had been created.

Uplifted existing patio & re-laid, plus laid new garden path with sand & cement.

"A time was arranged for site visit, arrived on time. Got quote in couple of days of visit and agreed on price for all work. James then telephoned to say they could start work in 2 weeks.
The work involved lifting existing patio slabs and lowering patio, laying new hard core base for patio and path, relaying paving slabs on sand & cement base, repointing and jet washing slabs. The team consisted of 6 people over six days, who were very tidy, courteous and efficient and they removed all unwanted building rubbish."

"It was a breath of fresh air to have James and his team at our house for 4 days to install our patio. From start to finish they worked tidy, professionally and with great attention to detail.

James explained everything and worked with us to ensure the finish patio was laid exactly as we wanted. They were very punctual, courteous, clean and tidy and paid particular attention to not making any mess in our newly refurbished house. Given they had to take all the materials through the hall, there was NO mess or damage. I cannot recommend them enough! Excellent company and very skilled tradesmen!!!"
