Installation of a curved deck backed with a cedar panel fence.

"I invited Kingfisher decking to quote on this work from a shortlist of three companies with very strong reviews and back catalogue from trade comparison sites. Their website was very professional and had a good library of high quality work. I had a very strong vision of what I wanted, and of the shortlisted contractors Kingfisher made me instantly feel they understood my vision perfectly when I had them inspect the site. Ricky talked me through all the options and considerations to ensure I had a long lasting deck. The resulting quote was the most thorough and well laid out I have seen of any tradesmen - complete with layout, component costs and finish options. It was also a very competitive quote. With all this in mind I accepted the quote.

Ricky then kept me up to date with scheduling and within 3 days a date was set. The team of Rob, Ricky and James turned up punctually on day 1. Throughout all three were very friendly, punctual and tidy throughout. The work went at pace, all completed in 6 days. The team kept me informed when they needed me to approave certain decisions, and were always respectful of my time. The final product exceeded my expectations in interpreting my vision into reality. The craftmanship was excellent, especially considering the complexity of the curved design and running of the decking boards.

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Kingfisher Decking. The whole experience end to end was smooth, the final product we will enjoy for many yesrs to come and it was enjoyable to see the project come together so quickly."

"Family company, very easy desk with, seemed expensive but they do a high quality job with better materials than I have seen elsewhere, and they clearly take pride in their work. Large decking project, back garden

"Rob and his team turned up day 1 and you could see by the way they were organised the job was going to be well and this turned out to be the case, Rob was meticulous in his preparation and execution of his work. During the whole 5 days disruption was kept to the minimum, every night tools and materials were tidied and the same went for the last day on site when you would not have known they had been there. Overall an excellent job and very pleased with the result and the after care advice concerning looking after the deck."

"Excellent service from first contact to completion. Rob and his team took up my old decking, sorted out the ground underneath which was full of soil and rubble left by the previous owners and installed new softwood decking with railings.

They were are pleasure to deal with: punctual, efficient, polite and very tidy. I am very pleased with the work which was completed on time (despite some heavy rain on the last day), as per quote and to a high standard.

"This is the second time in 2 years that I have asked Rob to install decking, the first being a large area at the bottom of the garden, again with composite. Rob and his team are the most organised workmen I have ever known, they are timely, quiet, reliable, communicative, approachable and friendly. The work was done on time to schedule.
