Repair & redecoration to the front and rear of the property, including installing bird spikes and new guttering.
The masonry jet washed, scrubbed with fungicidal wash, and jet washed again to achieve the maximum potential of the paint.
Any flaking paint that remains scraped off, and that area skimmed and sanded smooth.
All cracks grinded and repaired with masonry filler, and then sanded smooth and primed.
The masonry stabilised before applying a minimum of 2 coats of Weathershield masonry paint.
The iron work wire brushed to remove flaking paint, bird guava, and any visible rust before being sanded smooth.
Red oxide applied to any rusty areas before having 2 coats of metal shield/Hammerite paint.
The woodwork (windows, door & frame); all flaking paint removed before being sanded smooth.
Holes, dents, cracks repaired and sanded smooth.
Bare wood after sanding - 2 coats of a primer preservative.
2 coats of Weathershield flexible undercoat applied, followed by 1 or 2 coats of Weathershield gloss.
Guttering and down pipes will be replaced with deep flow guttering.
Bird spikes will be installed.
