Paint bedroom and repair plaster and wall paper one wall,re line hallway and repair plaster and paint ceilings,and undercoat and gloss all doors upstairs and downstairs including painting and undercoat and than gloss skirting.

Complete internal and external painting and decorating service to a semi-detached Edwardian 4 bedroom house, carried out on a number of occasions over a number of years.

"The initial enquiry was received with enthusiasm and politeness and a site visit was arranged at a mutually agreed time. The estimator carried out a speedy inspection and made a photographic record. The quotation was provided both verbally and by email the following day.
A specific specification was provided which included materials, program and intended sequences together with a request for comments. Our clarification requests were dealt with immediately and included in the final agreement.
Work commenced on the agreed day and progress was reported daily together with intended actions for the next day.
The work was carried out to a high quality.
At all times the supervision and experienced workforce were polite and efficient and completed the areas leaving them cleaner than previous.
A final inspection was arranged and any comments were acted upon there and then.
The quality of work left us proud of our rooms and spaces and have subsequently been praised by others as well."

Decorating

"I was organising from the Midlands the redecoration of a room in my father's flat in London. I found Oakfield excellent in every respect: responsive, efficient, well-organised, friendly and yet professional. Of the dozen or so companies that I contacted Oakfield stood out. This was not a large job but they took it seriously and produced very attractive results. Although slightly late in starting because of adverse weather in the previous job, they finished on time, despite unforeseen complications. Their estimate was reasonable and was maintained in their invoice. I heartily recommend them."
