"Richard is a diligent, clean and tidy worker. He gave advice as appropriate throughout the job, including allowing us to change our minds about colour schemes. Nothing is too much trouble and he was willing to work around our daily routines. A true gentleman trader. I was particularly pleased that he uses water based paints, so there were no horrible smells. Richard completed the work in a timely manner and has offered to come back if there are any problems."

Burn off paint from studio ceiling. Generally prepare. Re-paint with water based. Dispose of waste.

"I normally do all my own decorating but I had become allergic to a paint I had put on in a small space. I needed someone to take off the paint and replace with a water based emulsion. Richard arrived when arranged and finished early, which was reflected in the amended price. Richard was friendly, diligent and produce a lovely job in what was quite an awkward space.

This was in July. So sorry for the delay in completing this form.
It got buried."

Rub down varnish board ceiling, apply specialist primer and bring up to a painted white finish. Remove dido rail, make good, paint walls. Bring up varnished door, windows, skirt, to painted finish. Paint varnished fire surround and mirror.
