About Us

Welcome to Pat-Woman

We carry out PAT Testing within a whole range of industry sectors from individuals, charities, care homes, nursing homes, small and large organisations. We cover the entire Dumfries & Galloway region, although other areas are available upon request (subject to agreed pricing).

Our PAT testing engineers are City & Guilds Qualified, friendly, insured and hold current Disclosure Scotland Certificates. We use up to date calibrated PAT testing equipment and all legal documentation such as business insurance, calibration certificates and qualifications can be shown upon request.

We pride ourselves on providing a high-quality service, making sure each item is visually and machine tested. All customers are provided with a detailed equipment register, as well as any applicable forms required for In-Service Inspection and Testing by the IET Code of Practice. All work was carried out the day after the initial inquiry in a timely and professional way. The comprehensive, but easy to read report was received promptly with remedial advice given on a couple of issues detected, for us to follow up on.

"These ladies have filled a significant gap in the local market as the local electricians seem to be too busy to bother with the very real need we face. They arrived as arranged and did an excellent and very thorough job. Well pleased and well impressed.

Documentation arrived same day and it was very comprehensive. And the cherry on the cake, they will contact me next year when it's due again, such a simple thing which takes some hassle off my shoulders."
