Over a 4 month period our lawn and garden slowly went down hill with an infestation of moles. I searched and found Les on the Internet and called him straight away, where he called me back the same day to arrange evaluating the problem and setting traps.

"Within a couple of days the traps were set, and within a matter of a few hours we caught our first mole, leading to another catch 4 days later and no more holes and runs. Mole problem in garden.

"We have been using Robertson's Mole Control for about 3 years. Our initial email enquiry was promptly responded to and Les was on site within 48 hours to set the required traps.

We have had quite a few moles over the years (I think our garden is listed on Mole Air B&B somewhere!) Les has always swiftly responded and dealt with the problem in a timely manor.

Les is polite, efficient and a genuinely nice chap."

Les comes to the rescue of Smallburgh Village Hall and Playing Fields quite regularly to eradicate moles especially when they decide to head for the bowling green! Les is prompt efficient careful with his equipment and very sucessful in his outcomes. Can thoroughly recommend him.

Mole catching and removal

"Always prompt service and doesn't give in until he catches the little blighters. We have used Les for 3 years and only met him once as he can get into the garden and lay the traps without our need to be around. He had quite a challenge this year as we had lots of hills spread out all over the garden but we are once again we are now mole free until next summer."

I have a problem with moles in my lawn and Mr Robertson has been a regular visitor over the last 2/3 years to attend to the problem. I should add that his repeat visits do not indicate failure on his part merely the persistence of the moles in using old runs. Mr Robertson is really excellent: he attends promptly and is very effective at catching the moles. I think over the space of about 10/11 visits over this period he has only failed to catch one and even that was moot as the mole disappeared even though no body was found! I have no hesitation in recommending his services to anyone whose garden suffers the same problem. You couldn''t do better.

"When the lawn is assaulted by moles I call Mr Robertson and leave the latest molehill untouched: he normally arrives within a couple of days, surveys the scene and lays the traps carefully marking them so I don't damage my mower or the traps. He then returns on a regular basis, every 2/3 days to assess, what is usually, his success. If the trap has been unsuccessful he sometimes relocates the trap and sometimes leaves it in situ dependent on his view of the circumstances.

He only charges on successful completion of the task. He operates on a "No catch: No fee" basis.

Needless to say he removes his traps and flags at the end of the job, gets his payment and waits for - in my case at least! - the next call.

Would thoroughly recommend."

Mr Robertson was engaged to clear my large garden of moles. Usually I manage to trap them but the invasion was too great and they eluded my efforts. Mr Robertson was excellent, introducing a different type of trap. In his knowledgeable, cheerful way he managed over many weeks to clear my lawn. He was thorough and left no mess. We will do business again when the gentlemen in black return.

"Mr Robertson came when he stated, took control of the problem and over the summer cured it. He explained his charges clearly and on one occasion had to come back within the week, as promised he did not reinstate the initial standing charge. There are some rogue mole catchers out there, Mr Robertson is not one of them."

I have used Robertson''s Mole Control for several years on my caravan park at Sea Palling and Les has never let me down. As soon as I spot any evidence of mole activity I ring Les and he pops over and sets his traps very promptly.

"He is generally very successful at catching the little devils first time - depending on how many that might be operating in the area! Very occasionally he has to set second traps if there is a second mole wreaking havoc - but that normally solves our problem!

Les totally understands Moles - he fully explained to me a couple of weeks ago just how they dig at different levels depending on their age and at what speeds they dig and move about in their tunnels - all fascinating stuff.

With this knowledge Les is able place the traps accurately and very effectively.

I only recommend a service if I am fully confident in it - which I am with Robertson's Mole Control!"

To catch moles in the garden.

"For many years I have caught our own moles. However I have been unable to catch this 'super mole' for some time. I have tried everything but had to get professional help. I called Les who responded quickly and efficiently. Traps were set and a mole was caught overnight. A couple of others wondered into the garden so Les caught them as well. My super mole seemed to be avoiding the traps, we knew he was clever. Les was patient and professional and always said he would never give up. True to his word he stopped him dead in his tracks today! A brilliant service."

I managed to remove this Mole on the initial visit with a spade in front of the Customer. No Trap Set Fee as no traps were used. The result was one very happy Customer and one proud Mole Catcher.
