Fitting of new CH and HW Gas Condenser Boiler, including "awkward" Condenser Pump Pipe runs. Also stripped out whole bathroom and fitted whole new bathroom, including flooring, and, also kitchen flooring. APS also managed additional sub contractor on my behalf for added electrical work.

"The work carried out was to the agreed standard, they did an excellent job, and, they were on schedule. APS also carried out one or two snagging things later for me which were not part of the initial scope of work. The "estimate" they provided was very accurate. I was very happy with the work done. I have arranged for APS to do additional things for me. Reliable, trustworthy and good to deal with. They were actually recommended to me, and, frankly, I'm glad of it."

APS fitted two bathrooms and a kitchen when we were renovating our cottage. Also fitted radiators throughout the house.

"APS were very professional throughout the whole renovation. They arrived promptly every morning and carried out all jobs that were required to very high standards. Steve and his team were also very approachable when I had any concerns, and nothing was too much trouble for any of them. I was very impressed by the way they tidied up after every day they worked and took all of there rubbish away with them. I would not hesitate to recommend them and would certainly have them back for any more jobs I may have in the future."

Inspected water damage in hallway ceiling and ascertained that the damage was likely to come from the upstairs ensuite. They ran the shower for a few minutes and then viewed water running down over the internal beams towards the downstairs ceiling. They decided that there was a leak behind the wet walls and provided brochures to agree on what shower enclosure; wet walls and tray would be needed. Initially they thought the shower itself could be reused but on closer inspection noticed that the shower control was part of the problem with the leak running down behind the wet walls causing damage to the walls and the floor below the shower tray. They removed the old shower and installed the new one plus new wet walls. They also repaired the hole in the ceiling, checking with a spirit level to see how much of the ceiling was sagging, having to cut a larger hole to be filled in with plasterboard and afterwards plastered over. In addition they also supplied and fitted a heated towel rail in the ensuite.

"APS were one of two companies that I approached re the water damage. He provided the cheapest quote and the earlier start date, plus his online reviews provided me with confidence to go with them.

Steve was punctual when arriving to do work and quickly worked around unforeseen problems that occurred.

He and his colleague worked hard during the removal and installation process and kept me informed as they worked allowing time for photographs to be taken of the damage and repair. He also arranged for a plasterer to repair the roof and a joiner to rebuild the base on which the shower tray and enclosure had to sit. I ws very happy with the completed work."

"I had used this firm before and was impressed with the level of service they provided.

They discussed the options available and advised even-
handedly the choices available to me.

Once again they proved efficient , helpful and conscientious in their work. A pleasant team who worked smoothly together.Taking great care of carpets and areas they were working in; leaving everything clean and tidy behind them.

When I later messed up working the thermostat they were quick to come back and sort it out for me; and go through the instructions once again."

I noticed a stain spreading on hall ceiling and discovered it was coming from water tank in the Attic. The tank was old and corroded and needed to be replaced with a new cylinder. At the end there was a problem with pipes that needed to be cleared and a search for source of another problem, which was discovered under the floorboards under the washing machine.

"APS were very quick to respond to my emergency and very clear about what needed to be done and the costs and the timing. They were very tidy and efficient and careful to cover carpets with plastic sheeting. They worked steadily and quickly installed the new cylinder and then unblocked pipes that had silted up. It took a bit more time than they'd thought to find the source of another problem which was finally traced to under the floorboards downstairs but stuck to the original quote.

They were friendly and helpful updating me with everything as they went along and I would not hesitate to use them in the future.

"After the sudden death of my husband APS stepped in to project manage the work already started in the refurbishment of our bathroom and shower room. They also advised on choice and installed a new LPG boiler. They were always friendly, supportive and approachable in my dealings with them.
Pride in the quality of work undertaken by all of the subcontracted trades is paramount and as a result a high standard is achieved. As a single female I have felt very comfortable with all of the workmen as they have been friendly,helpful and polite. APS are extremely professional and reliable and I would have no hesitation in using their services again or recommending them to friends and family."

"Very Very happy customer.

Steve from APS came out accessed the work, listened to what we wanted explained what they would do and how best to install it into our property.
He followed up with a detailed quote and a price and how long it would take to complete. We agreed the quote and a date for the work to start.
He had organised all the materials to be delivered to our home at the start of the job and was there to accept and check the delivery.
They treated our home with care and there was no damage to our property during their work. They were tidy and all rubbish was taken away at the end of the job.
The job was finished on time to a high standard and to our satisfaction.

Steve and Andy were very good natured, nothing was too much trouble and they carried out their work ensuring we were happy at every stage. Even when they faced challenges and unforeseen issues their attitude was positive and a solution was found.
I would highly recommend this Company for their professional approach. We found their work ethic to be first class, and their work to be of a very high standard.

I would highly recommend APS Dundee to anyone looking to have central heating installed and would be happy to be contacted if anyone wants more details.
