Installation of new/replacement boiler and new hot water system.

"Our old boiler had broken down beyond repair. We wanted another oil boiler heating system but with the addition of a new hot water heating system.

Lots of other companies we approached initially were either too busy to provide a quote, offered ridiculous prices or failed to quote on the work we had asked for.

Luckily, a friend recommended Messrs, William McShane to us. Despite their constantly busy schedule, we received a prompt response to our enquiry for quote on the work to be done.

With the expertise and attention to detail given to us by Billy and Bruce, we settled on the system we wanted for a very good price. We were aware they were extremely busy but they honoured their promise to have the heating back on by Christmas.

We received an excellent level of service from start to finish. The installation work was carried out with consideration, professionalism and extremely efficiently. We were consulted and kept up to date with every stage. Our new system is fantastic, the quality of the products, the guarantees and the workmanship are superb.

The costs were as close to the quote as we had hoped, despite some changes made on our part and the need for additional work for the hot water system.

Billy and Bruce are an exceptional, professional and reliable team who are supported well by their Admin team too. We are delighted we chose them and would not hesitate to use them again and certainly recommend this company for anyone who wants the reassurance they are in good hands and will get exactly what they are looking for with a realistic price, good honest workmanship to an extremely high standard."

A new Worcester gas combi boiler was supplied and fitted

"A quote for the work to be carried out was given and the final bill was within a few pounds of the original quote.

Bruce, the engineer who did the installation was very friendly and professional in the way he carried out the work. The installation was completed to a high standard and Bruce cleaned up after himself and when the job was finished you would not have known he had been there.

Fitted a new shower room in our self catering holiday cottage. Regularly services our boiler and does other small plumbing jobs.

"We were replacing an old bathroom in our self catering cottage with a new shower room.
The old fittings were removed, all the pipe work sorted out, new fittings put in place- the firm had advised us on how to go about choosing what we needed in terms of a shower etc. They were willing to work closely with the builder who was doing the plastering and tiling. Everything was completed on time and within budget, with the minimum amount of disruption. We were not always present while the actual work was being carried out but were more than happy to trust Billy and Bruce to come and go from the property while they were working there.

We also use this firm of plumbers to service our boiler regularly and to carry out other small plumbing jobs. They are always reliable and particularly prompt in coming out if there is an emergency."

"No set date could be agreed as it was dependent on oil usage. When the level was low enough a time was agreed.
Due to space restrictions of access a different style of tank was needed; which was sourced and fitted.
The work was carried out swiftly and efficiently, including removal and disposal of the split tank."
