Our toilet kept running water after flushing, sometimes to up to an hour afterwards.

"We contacted Rob at around 6pm and by 2pm the following day he was with us. Our toilet is part of a wall unit, so it wasn’t a straightforward job. Rob took his shoes off to carry out the work and left the bathroom as he found it, despite having to take the unit from the wall (the installing plumber hasn’t left any easy access). A part needed replacing and because of the toilet design, Rob only had a very small space to work in. Yet he worked efficiently and got the job done quickly.

We are so happy with the speed, workmanship, ‘can do’ attitude, and price. We’ve had a number of plumbers work in our property and they have ranged from incompetent to taking one too many shortcuts (which has cost us more money in the long run). We’d definitely go to Rob again and would highly recommend him to anyone."

My elderly mother needed someone to service her gas boiler.

"Rob of RPG heating got back to me promtly fitting an appointment in around Mums and my availability.

"Absolutely delighted with the service I received from RGP Heating today. I made contact with Rob yesterday to enquire about the required services and he was able to fit me in within 24hrs at a price that beat all of the other quotes that I was able to obtain.

Rob was friendly and knowledgeable, and carried out the work to a very high standard. He was more than happy to share his broader thoughts on the general installation, and I shall certainly be engaging him in future should I need any further gas-related work undertaking."

Boiler failed to operate. Rob found the fan was U/S. Ordered replacement and fitted within 2 day (before the cold snow arrived)
 

"Boiler failed. Spoke to my son who knows Rob. He was at my house within 25 mins. Soon found the problem and quickly obtained fan and replaced. Gave boiler a full service and re-assures us that our old boiler is now good for many years."
