very good communication and computer skills. Personable young man who was a pleasure to talk to. Arrived promptly and advised me fully. Very good value for money

In the end as I decided to do a complete new boiler replacement I decided to use a firm I know well even though much more expensive. Fit a valve over washing machine outlet. Very quick to come out, and was very efficient. Friendly and polite, I would use them again and also recommend this company to anyone.

"They said they couldn't come out that particular day but then rang me an hour later and said they could come straight away as previous job didn't take as long as they thought. Very friendly and cleaned up before going. I didn't have any cash to pay them with so they gave me some choices. He emailed me the invoice that evening and explained that I had 2 weeks to pay. Altogether it was a comfort to know that my pipe was no longer leaking and he was a very nice person. I have kept his details in case I need anybody in the future."

"I required a radiator repair during the Christmas holidays. Tom was flexible about the times that he could make and let me know the difference between his bank holiday and normal working day charges so that I could choose the best rate for me. Tom came across as professional on the phone, carried out the work at the agreed time and let me know immediately what the issue was, how to fix it and what it would cost. The total bill in fact came out less than expected. I can highly recommend Tom & Rocket Heating & Plumbing."

Fitting of new bath & basin taps and installation of new electric shower.

"The work of fitting the bath & basin taps was carried out separately from the installation of the electric shower. The basin taps required the removal of the basin pedestal unit so it was not straightforward and took a considerable time.

The fitting of the replacement electric shower was straightforward and took about 90 minutes.

The job was the fitting of a shower, including the removal of lath and plaster wall and installation of all pipe work.

"Rocket Heating were extremely good. Tom us very friendly and explained well everything that needed to be done. He did what would normally be a very dusty and disruptive job in an remarkably tidy and clean way, to a standard that was much higher than I was expecting. The work that was done was as follows: Replace a tap on the hand basin of the loo. Also re-seal the basin. This was done to perfection. Tom also removed the stains on the basin. It looks like new. Remove stained sealant in the wet room and renew the sealant. The wet room looks like new. I was never satisfied with the quality of the finish of the wet room. The company who charged me over £7,000 for the plumbing and installation of the wet room has gone out of business in 2011. I can highly recommend Rocket Heating and Plumbing for the quality of the work done, their reliability and the very reasonable price charged.

"As I said before I am highly satisfied.

The firm was recommended by a very good friend and I found that they were every bit as good as described by our friend."
