"I contacted Aqua mac plumbing after seeing that,on Google maps, they were based nearby. So glad that I did. My call was answered quickly,by Ryan,who asked if the issue was an emergency &, if not,he could attend the following morning.
The plumber,Max,arrived in good time,inspected the problem & then carried out the work quickly & professionally.
He was very friendly & explained what was being done to solve the problem.
In my experience finding a company with such high standards of workmanship,professionalism & customer service is rare these days.
I found them by accident but I am so glad that I did.
Well done."

Replacement shower as old one was leaking.

"Water pouring out of shower head bank holiday weekend. I phoned Aquamac Sunday morning he offered to come out then or Monday morning. I managed to get the water off so he came on the Monday at 9.10am. The plumber got me a replacement shower which he fitted, checked it was working perfectly then left.

Excellent service, couldn't be faulted.

2 hours labour and the replacement shower was more expensive at my choice.

I would recommend using the Trusted Trader Scheme"

"I used Aquamac for the first time. Ryan and his apprentice came out very promptly, were very polite and listened to the difficulties we were experiencing with a stiff toilet flush. They suggested various options and pointed out that some would be quite expensive. Ryan suggested going for a cheaper option to see if it works but said he would return if it didn’t meet our needs. I had a leaking sink in my bathroom. I saw Aquamac listed in Trusted Trader and contacted them in the morning. I received a reply message almost immediately and the sink was repaired by early afternoon.

"Brilliant service!
Ryan clearly explained the problem (wear and tear of an old part) and the solution. He had a new part already in his van and fitted it. He cleaned up very well too.
The service was remarkably quick and efficient and Ryan was pleasant to deal with. The price was also very competitive. I would definitely use Aquamac again and am happy to recommend them."
