Dear Aneta, we apologise for the unfortunate service you experienced whilst having your boiler serviced, we have tried resolving the issues. Our goal is the satisfaction of all our customers and to provide a positive experience. Unfortunately on this occasion it was an accident which was unforeseen, the engineer requires to run a tap to carry out an analyser test to the boiler only unknown to him the bathroom basin was partially blocked, this resulted in the basin overflowing onto the bathroom floor whilst he carried out the necessary checks to the boiler. The manager was on holiday and unable to attend but I believe the supervisor attended to review the damage and informed you the manager would visit on his return. On receiving quotes from the appropriate trades we found £150 to be sufficient amount to compensate for the works to be carried out, I understand this wasn’t accepted, further to this we offered to pay for all works by arranging the trades ourselves, I understand this wasn’t accepted. It was finally agreed that £200 compensation would be paid to you but sadly from what I can read this wasn’t suffice.
