We offer a comprehensive range of specialist damp control services for residential & commercial properties including damp proofing, condensation control, basement conversions & waterproofing, water leak detection and flood/leak damage repair
Members of the Property Care Association (PCA), Federation of Master Builders (FMB), Basement Waterproofing Association (BWA), Constructionline and Trustmark approved
Our tradesmen are time served and qualified in their specific trade. Our staff have Construction Skill Certification Scheme (CSCS) cards and are fully trained on all aspects of Health and Safety and all relevant safe practices. Our staff are full time employees and vehicles are fully sign written. We carry £10 million and £5 million Employers and third party public liability insurance.

Damp proofing injections and replastering, repairs and spray treatment to a rotted timber subfloor, ensuring sufficient airflow to the timber subfloor, installation of French drains to keep moisture away from the exterior walls

"Martin and his team at Biocraft have recently completed various repair works to my house, including repairs to my rotted timber sub floor, and damp proofing works.

Having initially received several large quotes from other damp proofing companies, I contacted Biocraft, who not only provided me with a more realistic quote, but a more personal service.

All works were completed to a high standard, by professional, hardworking and friendly workmen.

Importantly, the communication I have had with Martin and his team before, throughout, and after the work has been outstanding, from answering the many questions I had, to keeping me informed at every stage of the process.

I feel confident in all work they have performed and would have no hesitation in recommending Biocraft in the future.

I have used Biocraft for 2 major jobs - cavity membrane damp-proofing installation (2008) and later extension of cavity membrane to an additional room (2010); drying, strip out and reinstatement after a significant water leak (2020) and several smaller jobs, for example wall cavity insulation, fitting a macerator, sensor-operated extractor fan and flatmaster ventilation unit.

"I have never had any problems with any of the work they have done for me, which has always been to a very high standard, on time and for the agreed price. When a water leak was discovered in the middle of lockdown and I couldn't be on site, I had no hesitation about handing over the keys to Biocraft and just letting them get on with it. Over the last 12 years, I have been very grateful for the services they have provided and I highly recommend them."

"Biocraft came and took out the old wet room and provided humidifiers to dry out bathroom. They put in a complete new wet room which looks very good.
