New roof

"We had a new roof in late 2017 by Rosewood. We have had two leaks, both were repaired by Rosewood, but in January 2023 we had another leak, this time causing a lot of damage in the house.
We called for help from a different roofing company as Rosewood are incompetent and their workmanship is substandard.
We have contacted them to ask for a contribution to the expense but they have not replied.
I would not recommend anybody to use this company."
