Painting and decorating our hall and landing. Ceiling, walls and woodwork.

"Dan has undertaken several pieces of work for us over the last two years - mostly painting and decorating but he can turn his hand to many things.
He was clear from the start about price, start time and completion time. He kept in contact prior to the work commencing, turned up when expected and did an excellent job. He was tidy in his work and cleaned up after it was completed and at the end of every day when the work extended over a period of several days. He was always careful to ensure that the work was done to our satisfaction and would correct things if needed with no fuss. He was extremely trustworthy and a very pleasant young man. We are a retired couple and have been very happy to have him in the house."

I first employed Dan in 2019 to organize re - rendering the walls of my utility room and painting the exterior. This work included replacing outside lights and some down pipes, hanging a gate and replacing outside tap. In 2020 Dan redecorated my conservatory and hall, this work included re - routing my Wi-Fi router and telephone jack from hall to study. In January 2022 he has redecorated my bathroom and resealed the shower.

"I have no hesitation in recommending Dan, he is a pleasant, well organized hard worker, neat, reliable and a good communicator. He is good at discussing the work and offering different options and gives realistic timescales for completion. I am confident at Dan's abilities and that he will out source any work not in his area of expertise e.g rendering. No job is too small.

The only negative is that he is usually well booked up in advance, therefore you need to be patient but it is worth it!"

Daniel touched up some airtex on some ceilings and made good a few jobs we had had a go at doing ourselves. He then primed and painted our hallway, landing and downstairs toilet.

"Daniel worked quickly, efficiently and the results are stunning. Even two weeks later, the house looks like new where he worked and the overall impression is far better than we ever hoped for. At one point, we changed our mind about the colour of a wall and this was no problem. He also put back our furniture and curtains once he had finished. Full overhaul of my beauty treatment room in my business, done to an excellent standard which has been commented on by all of my clients as to how lovely it looks. Also installed some car park signage too.

Three bedroom bungalow,needed an end-of-tenancy redecoration.

"Daniel undertook this work with his usual efficiency. The work was done within time and within budget. When finished, Daniel left our property clean and tidy. We described the colours and type of paint, which Daniel provided. We are very pleased with the work done.
I totally recommend DMG for your decoration work.

"I contacted Dan about the work and he agreed to undertake the repair the following day. He quickly assessed what needed to be done and carried out the work in a professional manner. The repair to the tap required a new part and he sourced a supplier and travelled to obtain the part in order that hot water supply was restored. Painting all woodwork, doors and ceiling in our hallway and landing. Painting a bathroom ceiling and a kitchen wall

"i would highly recommend Dan - He offered his professional views on colours and quality of paint (particularly which ones ware best with young children). He did the job as agreed taking pride in the quality of work and also repainted a few extra door frames (not originally quoted for) to ensure they all match. He arrived early on a couple of days to help me move the fridge so he could paint a wall and to help hang a large heavy mirror in a tricky place over the stairs. He gave advice on another small paint job I’ll do myself and even gave me a spare bit of paint for it to save the need to buy a whole tin. A previous, incomplete paint job made the bathroom ceiling job trickier than expected with flaking paint but Dan returned on a number of occasions to give it extra coats of paint. In summary, he could not have been more helpful."

I contacted Daniel to do work on the exterior of my utility room plus a number of other smaller tasks. In the end the rendering required completely redoing which Daniel outsourced to a colleague. Daniel finished off by painting the exterior, tidying up around the roof line including the guttering, replacing security lights and hanging a new garden gate.

"I found Daniel to be professional, reliable, approachable, tidy and a good communicator. There was little disruption. Daniel discussed with me his recommendations and options as to how to approach the work required, how long it would take and costs.
