Moving from a large top floor 4 bed townhouse to similar size with many paintings and books and so on.

"S&B were brilliant. They have the right mix of professionalism and attitude and worked really hard to get our large move done. Always polite and happy to help and at no point did I have any problems. Everything was packed really well and properly and nothing was broken. Paintings were properly packed too and the lead mover guy was too notch. Cannot recommend them highly enough."

Move was a 5 bedroom house. Packing removal and storage. Many paintings and fragile furniture including a Baby grand piano. Full days work.

"Absolutely delighted with the service from S & B removals recently. The team of men were efficient and could not have been more understanding and made the whole experience stress free.
My baby grand piano, my main concern of the move was professionally dismantled with
care.
The price for the job and my storage requirements were all fairly priced.
My experience with the office staff to the removal men on the day has been totally professional and caring.
I cannot recommend this company highly enough.
Best removal I have experienced."

The move was from south side Glasgow to 2 locations in the east of Scotland. Items were equivalent to 2 bedroom sized house, with several pieces of garden furniture (divided between a house and flat). TVs and special items of furniture were appropriately wrapped for transit. A few solutions were offered for a couple of items a bit unstable, willingly and without complaint.

"The team arrived early to undertake the removal. They worked tirelessly until they left to travel home (2 hours away). During the move they presented themselves as friendly, efficient and very willing. They all went beyond what I was expecting. Communication from the initial enquiry to the conclusion was above expectation. The removal men coped and managed unexpected problems on the day.

It was a pleasure to deal with a company who carried out the contract fully. Five stars all round."

Moved from 1st floor flat to house. We had some very heavy large furniture which the guys helped dismantle and rebuild. Delay on day getting keys and guys were amazing.

Move went very smoothly no problems at all. The guys managed all our possessions with care and respect, no damage to any items and that was with negotiating our big pieces of furniture through narrow corridors and door openings at our old house.

"We are returning customers to S&B having used them when we first moved to our old home 10 years ago.Cannot fault the team at S&B removals. Great from start to finish. The guys who came to do the move were professional and friendly and very easy to get along with for the day. All our items were placed in our new home where requested. No damage to any of our possessions or to either our old or new home. The move was carried out well within the give timescales and at the agreed price which was very reasonable too. We had booked two removals from properties in the West End of Glasgow to a third address in the West End. The moves took place on successive days. We did all the packing ourselves, mostly with the cardboard boxes purchased from S&B.

"The team who moved us were punctual, pleasant, and extremely fast-working. Moving house is always stressful but S&B made it as relaxed and positive an experience as possible."

This was a house move due to buying and selling my house. A number of problems arose
1) The seller changed the entry date at short notice on 3 occasions.
2) My furniture had to be put into storage at short notice.

We moved from a two bedroom flat that had a jam packed loft and shed, to a three bedroom house.

"S & B Removals were very professional throughout. A few times I phoned for advice and they were really helpful. None of our items were damaged or lost and all of the removals workers were friendly and cheery.

We were able to store items in their separate storage units until after the move and they had packing materials readily available for sale in their shop.

We would highly recommend S & B Removals, in fact we moved our moving date so that we could use them because they had been highly recommended to us by several other people."

We moved from a 2 bedroom flat (including a basement) to a two storey house.

"The company did a brilliant job handling our move. We had an appraiser round who provided us with detail about the logistics of the move. The day before our move, the movers were in and packed up most of our furniture and belongings and took them out of the house, this was great as it gave us plenty of space to get the last of our packing done. They came back the following morning and got the rest of our things out very quickly. The staff were all very polite and took a lot of care over our belongings. We kept in touch the whole day as we didn’t get the keys until quite late in the afternoon but it was no problem at all and they got all the boxes in and the beds assembled in less than an hour. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend."
