Full house contents move from Lincolnshire to Norfolk including packing service.

"The whole experience of moving house is a stressful one but with the help provided by cliffe's removals team the level of stress was minimal.
From our first contact with Jayne Cliffe who came to the house and provided a detailed quote through to the flexibility demonstrated by Maureen in allowing us time to finalise the booking at last minute due to a very short notice and a 24 hour turnaround from exchange to completion of our move the back office service was excellent.
The packing service and the move day team of Ethan, Kelvin, Jason and Tommy ably led by Dwayne were professional, courteous, and very hard working and they carried out the move in a timely fashion. I don't envisage another move in the future but if I did the Cliffe's would be my removals company of choice. Thank you all."

We moved just 2 miles but the real challenge was the restricted access to the place we were moving. Jayne Cliffe was right on it, immediately knowing the location and able to say Cliffe''s smallest van would fit and would require multiple journeys.

We moved home a distance of 200 miles.

"The move was over two days. Moving in there was a staircase and I was impressed by the way the movers got my furniture up and into the home with apparent ease. A few picture frames were broken but as we had a lot of art , I expected some of it to not make it unbroken.
The movers were nice, obliging and polite.
It was a pleasure to have their help with the move. Everything was conducted in a professional manner. We are very satisfied with the firm which we chose to do the job. We did have other estimates but the firm stood out above the others."

I was moving due to a divorce, so not everything in the house was being taken.

"The guys were so helpful and understanding as I was completely out of my comfort zone. They even took items that weren't on the list, which was so helpful for me. Top class service.

I also loved that Jayne came round beforehand to do an inventory of everything. I found that very professional. They were professional but friendly right from the start. So helpful and nothing was too much trouble."

The move was from a town house to a bungalow about 8 miles away. Boxes were moved from 3 floors of the town house and also the garage. My bed was dismantled and reassembled at the bungalow.

"Cliffes Removals gave me excellent customer support above what I expected. My removal dates were fluid until confirmed and the customer support and flexibility given to me were great. The removal staff were polite and efficient. My boxes were moved carefully, and my TV, sofas and mattress were carefully wrapped in good quality coverings. I noticed that the removal staff took their time to handle my belongings with respect. Staff followed where I wanted items to go in the bungalow. My destination property was accessed quite late in the day, but Cliffe's were extremely accommodating to my needs. I would have no hesitation in recommending them to my family and friends. Lastly, the cost of removals and disassembly/assembly of furniture was very reasonable."
