Thank you for your review. All our reviews are important to us and I just wanted to add some explanation to some of the points you have raised in your mixed review. In regards to the delay in arrival, we regret that we there was a slight delay in this. I am also sorry that the delivery crew did initially fall short of providing adequate protection for you. Our crews are always happy to provide increase the level of protection until the customer is satisfied. In respect of your request for your ideal delivery date from store, we always try to accommodate this, however during busy months, such as August, it can be more difficult to organise this around other customers prior bookings. We were happy to arrange this as close your ideal date as we could. In regards to the delivery, this was operated this way due to your delivery address being close to our storage warehouse. The vehicle we used required us to make 2 short journeys to complete your delivery of your goods as you had 5 storage containers in store with us. To confirm, the crew were tasked with another job on this day but not until after yours was finished and completed. Again apologies that you were not satisfied in some areas of your removal, however it was good to see that you were happy with the sales and support and also the packing and handling. All the best.
