"The removal team arrived at my former house on time. Two visits were required. They were friendly, polite efficient and tidy. At my new address two visits were required again, the team arrived on time and the unloading process was quick and efficient. We moved from a large 4-bedroom house with loads of stuff and two kids cabin beds which they dismantled and re-built.
+ a piano in torrential rain.
 

"Very helpful and friendly stuff
GB Liners were willing to move us into storage or our new house on the move day as there was a 'blackmail' issue with the selling people (Trustees) at the last moment.
Thank fully resolved at the last second.

Due to problems with paperwork within the chain the removal date was changed several times. GB Liners outlined various options including taking my furniture into storage. In the end, my removal at very short notice went ahead.
 

"I was very happy with GB Liners method of operation from the initial visit for the quotation through to the delivery of my belongings.
The staff were friendly, helpful, and efficient. I can recommend all the staff from those in the background through to the delivery men. Their help and attention to detail certainly took a lot of the pressure off my shoulders.

"Good company, workers very professional and efficient.
* Only one problem, I packed a coppa del monte coffee set with china tray in a box marked fragile and a picture of contents on it. Told consultant I would pack it and pointed it out to packers. It was the only box not repacked all plastic and other boxes were repacked into their boxes. It arrived open and smashed.
Message from branch supervisor 2.9.21 saying asked manager to look into it.
