"Due to along chain, exchange of contracts took longer than expected and our provisional date was sold to someone else. We were asked if it was possible to delay the completion date but that would have impacted on 5 other people, so was impossible. Fortunately our removals coordinator offered to contact your other depots for help and managed to reschedule day 1 of the 3day process. We then nearly lost that day but the coordinator gave us the option of paying upfront to secure it. Fortunately we exchanged contracts later that day.
It would have been appreciated if we could have been offered that option when the first date was requested by another customer. "
