Full house removal over 3 days from Pembrokeshire to Norfolk. Removal was from 2 house which was on a very rural narrow lane.
Challenge was 3 bed house to fit to a 2 bed bungalow.

"Martin and Dean were professional, friendly, helpful, careful and nothing was too much trouble. Their skill made the job stressfree. The staff (Emma and Anna) in the office reflected the same professionalism and care. They assisted at every step of the process diligently.

Josh and Steve were a brilliant removal team. Went above and beyond on time, very careful with goods, very friendly.

Very fast but not very careful with boxes.

"Overall staff were friendly but they broke some of the decking of old house.
After going through some of the boxes a number of items have been cracked, broken smashed (Despite being in boxes marked fragile). Wife very unhappy about this. Didnt see the point in complaining as it would of mattered. "

Ours was a 2 day move due to drive time between both properties. Both aspects went well. Some of the team including Orlando came from the Cheltenham office.

"Both teams under the same team leader Orlando, arrived promptly. They were all extremely professional and personable. They were smartly presented and explained any potential issues. They worked effectively as a team and got the move out of our old houses to our new home completed in a timely manner.
