Difficult move from a 3rd floor flat, with full packing included, and house manager arrived late, which made it harder. It was then a 2hr drive and unpack.

Moving furniture and personal belongings from my previous address to new address

"I got a quote very quickly from Phil who was very friendly and helpful and then Confirmation of the date and time was given as agreed the following day plus how I could pay. No deposit was required which was very good.The removal men arrived at the agreed time and they too were very friendly and helpful and adapted to my needs as we went doing all they could to make it an easy and smooth day for me. I wanted the packed boxes in certain areas which was no problem . They gave me good advice around the moving process too, like when I asked questions like how long should the fridge be left before switching it on again. It was extremely quick but safe and competent both ends and payment easy by card. I would definitely recommend this company for a reasonably priced, quick and easy, competent move with friendly and helpful service."

Moved all furniture and pre packed boxes from my brother in laws first floor flat to his new bungalow. This included disassembling and reassembling some of the larger items of furniture.

"I was very impressed from start to finish. Somebody visited to provide a quote based on surveying the premises he was living in. We were quoted based on a two month and a van for one day, and the price was very reasonable. They were able to fit us in at short notice too which was extremely helpful, as with so many house moves completing this year it was difficult to find availability.
The two chaps that came on the day were extremely professional and also friendly. My brother in law has learning disabilities and mobility issues, and was finding the moving process quite daunting, but they were great with him and made the effort to chat with him too (I particularly thought this was lovely as because I have to help him with these things often people tend to speak to me and not include him).
Everything was moved from one home to the other in two trips, all was left tidy and placed in the correct rooms in the new place. They worked really hard all day, and I was really pleased with the service we were provided with and the cost we paid.
I would not hesitate to recommend Contract Removal Services to others and I would definitely use them again myself if the need arises."
