A South West Coastal Move

"Our whole experience of moving, from start to finish with C.Neale, has been stress free and even enjoyable. Paul Freeman has a great team of experienced Removers who work so well together with no noise or fuss and were so polite and considerate to us, we confidently left them to do their job. They moved our contents of house and garden and delivered it after a five hour journey to our new house with no problems or mishaps. At the new house, Paul and his fellow Removers unloaded with the same degree of diligence. Every box and item was taken to it's designated room and stacked neatly. Nothing was lost, there were no breakages and we cannot fault them in any way. We highly recommend C.Neale. Moving is one of the most stressful things you will do and this long established company will do the best for you."

We would like to say a big thank to the removal team who handled our move. They arrived on time and worked very hard to pack all our worldly goods into the van. The boxes and packing materials they supplied were top quality and much better than some I had previously purchased.

This was just a small removal of a recliner chair from my father in laws property to the care home he is now in.

"Needed father in laws recliner chair to the care home he is now in. I emailed Paul on Saturday evening, not expecting a reply until Monday. Sunday afternoon I recieved a reply with the price that was very acceptable and their availability on Wednesday afternoon. So we agreed straight away. Paul said the guys would phone an hour before arriving. I gave my partners number as he would be dealing with it. Dave phoned Tony on the day as agreed. They all met at the bungalow and the chair was swiftly and proffesionally loaded onto the van. They even beat Tony to the home and was already in reception waiting for him. Chair placed in room and father in law now happy and comfy. If I ever had a big removal to do I would not hestitate to use Paul and his Team. Thanks Guys. Sue Nelson"

We moved house. They supplied boxes, bubble wrap and paper for china and glasses. We chose to pack ourselves.

"C Neale removal company couldn’t have been more helpful, friendly and professional. Absolute first class service. They turned up promptly and just got on with it.

The same when we arrived at our new property. They placed everything in the correct rooms, wrapped our tv’s and mirrors securely and everything arrived safely. They were highly efficient and organised with a friendly manner and made the whole experience less stressful. Would definitely recommend them. It was a competitive price but offered a quality service and delivered on what they had promised on the quote."

Removal of furniture & effects into storage. Supply of boxes, including garment hanging boxes,tape, linen bags, packing paper and bubblewrap. Storage provision.

"Paul, and his team of three, were amazing; polite, professional and respectful. Nothing was too much trouble.

Paul provided a comprehensive quote which included a price for storage and subsequent removal from storage as a potential option. Packing boxes etc were delivered a week before and he shared valuable tips on packing technique.

My three bedroom house, including garage and shed, was loaded up ready for storage in just under two and a half hours. An additional smaller van was made available to take a number of items to my interim address.

This was teamwork at it's finest; they worked synergistically together which made it look easy and all with a smile.

Thank you Paul and team - looking forward to you moving me into my new abode 😊"

Moved house to an apartment. Garden furniture and plant pots moved too. The removal company arrived on time. They quickly reassessed each room and determined the order of loading the lorry. Smoothly and without any hassle they cleared the house. We had to wait a couple of hours before the keys were available to the apartment and this didn''t concern them. At the apartment all the furniture and boxes were put in the right rooms, and all the plant pots on the terrace.

"Everything went very smoothly from start to finish. They were very experienced and extremely professional. I was confident that care would be taken with my possessions and it was. They were friendly and helpful, and this went a long way to easing my anxieties about the move. This is the second time I've used this company and would definitely use them again. I trust them, and I would highly recommend them."

"The second time we have used C Neale’s. We used them twelve years ago for my parents and were so happy we went directly to them again for our own move. From beginning to end their service was friendly, polite and cheerful - their attitude made what could have been a very stressful two days much much easier. We did our own packing (their packing service for my parents in 2012 was excellent) and there was no quibble when we asked for extra packaging materials. Happy customers. 😊"

"Danny from Neales removals visited the day before the move and packed. A superb job completed professionally. The day of the move was seamless with an early arrival and packing. Furniture items were diesassembled to enable them to be put in the van and of course re-assembled. Unpacking at the other end was also superb, items weer moved into rooms as requested and furniture placed appropriately. Heavy items such as the washing machinie were moved with no complaint.
Danny and Dave were helpful professional and polite. Thank you for making a potentially stressful day, not stressful!"

Moving from a four bedroom family home to a 2 bedroom bungalow for my elderly mother. Neale''s provided boxes, tape and bags to assist the efficient and safe transit of posessions. Although the location was close the logistics are always complicated.

"We found the whole process of engaging with Paul at Neale's to be extremely positive. Paul is knowledgable and experienced in every part of the process which is obviously stressful and taxing for most.

I cannot remember the last time i dealt with a business where every aspect of the relationship was so positive. Paul and the guys were so incredibly efficient and hard-working that the stress of moving was honestly not felt by us. His team were real professionals, super fast, polite and warm and engaging. A team of friendly gents focussed on doing a good job. A lovely mix of dedication, experience, etiquette and efficiency.

All in all they made the difference to a potentially stressful day, moving out of our family home after 47 years was always going to be emotional but with Paul and his crack team it was perfection.

I couldn't recommend Neales highly enough. 10 out of 10 for me and how often do you get to say that!?"

Paul is a true gentleman came to visit for a quote and nothing was too much for him. On the day we was moving our parents (well they was) the 3 gents on time they came in and did not stop working and when I mean did not stop they had only one cuppa bless them ! I just left them too it they move went very smoothly would recommend anyone to use them and if I ever move again they are on the top of my list 😊

"3 men came on time worked the whole time they was there did not stop. All 3 men was true gents. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Moved from a three bed house to another three bed house over the Easter Weekend

"What an amazing service from start to finish. Paul came over to assess what needed to be moved and gave me a quote, which I jumped at as we moved over the Easter weekend so I thought we would have to pay more for that. On the day the movers turned up right on time and got to work straight away. They were so quick and careful with our belongings and even some bits that I had failed to pack yet or hadn't packed correctly they just did for me. I would recommend C Neale to anyone and everyone and cannot sing their praises enough! Thank you for making a stressful move so much easier."
