"I was given full documentation with the quote. In the blur of the move there are many details that I don't recall, but I do remember that I got clear and prompt answers to any questions. I was able easily to reach Paul who managed the move for me and I appreciated that he was decisive and clear about what was and wasn't possible in terms of timescales. With the stress surrounding other details of the move, I appreciated dealing with someone who was decisive."

3 bed house removal into a 3 bed bungalow 25 miles distant.

"C. Neale removals company in Hornchurch, undertook a removal for me from a 3 bed house in Greater London to a 3 bed bungalow in Southend. The quote and scope visit were undertaken promptly and the price was very fair and competitive with other firms. The 3-man team did a really good job, having arrived at 8:30am with completion around 4pm same day. The team were very courteous and helpful and they found a way to pack ad hoc items, so that everything ran smoothly. The office staff in the run up were very communicative and helpful. I would definitively recommend C. Neale if you need a company to undertake your home move."

We recently hired C Neale for our home removal . We was moving from a first floor flat in Newham to a first floor flat in Hornchurch. They was very prompt with all correspondence, courteous and mindful that they was moving an anxious 85 year old. There quote was great and did not have any hidden extras which i know some company''s do have. They explained in full detail everything that would happen on the day. Once a confirmed date was given, Boxes, Bubble wrap and reels of tape were all dropped off so that we could start packing.

"Dave , Danny and Kevin all arrived Promptly on the removal day, introduced themselves straight away and said do not stress if anything is not quite ready or you have not quite finished boxing up we can do that for you .
The three of them were very hard working, and nothing was to much trouble.
One of the pieces of furniture did not fit through the door, not a problem for them they had the door off and back on again in no time at all.
My mum had a very old antique cabinet and they made sure they handled it with care. They explained everything that was going to happen on the day and put our minds at ease.
When we arrived at our new property they did the same again.
I must say it is very refreshing in this day and age to get such a good service from start to finish. I would have no hesitation in recommending this company to my friends and family if they were thinking of moving .
I think the owners of this company should be proud of themselves and their workforce for the outstanding service they provide."

"I had all boxes, wrap etc quite a few months, at no initial charge, i had booked three previous moving dates which unfortunately didn�t happen and each time C Neale we�re very understanding
I didn�t get any other quotes I was happy with what I was told and they had come highly recommended anyway."

"Our whole experience of moving, from start to finish with C.Neale, has been stress free and even enjoyable. Paul Freeman has a great team of experienced Removers who work so well together with no noise or fuss and were so polite and considerate to us, we confidently left them to do their job. They moved our contents of house and garden and delivered it after a five hour journey to our new house with no problems or mishaps. At the new house, Paul and his fellow Removers unloaded with the same degree of diligence. Every box and item was taken to it's designated room and stacked neatly. Nothing was lost, there were no breakages and we cannot fault them in any way. We highly recommend C.Neale. This was just a small removal of a recliner chair from my father in laws property to the care home he is now in.

"Needed father in laws recliner chair to the care home he is now in. I emailed Paul on Saturday evening, not expecting a reply until Monday. Sunday afternoon I recieved a reply with the price that was very acceptable and their availability on Wednesday afternoon. So we agreed straight away. Paul said the guys would phone an hour before arriving. I gave my partners number as he would be dealing with it. Dave phoned Tony on the day as agreed. They all met at the bungalow and the chair was swiftly and proffesionally loaded onto the van. They even beat Tony to the home and was already in reception waiting for him. Chair placed in room and father in law now happy and comfy. If I ever had a big removal to do I would not hestitate to use Paul and his Team. Thanks Guys. Sue Nelson"

The same when we arrived at our new property. They placed everything in the correct rooms, wrapped our tv�s and mirrors securely and everything arrived safely. They were highly efficient and organised with a friendly manner and made the whole experience less stressful. Would definitely recommend them. Removal of furniture & effects into storage. Supply of boxes, including garment hanging boxes,tape, linen bags, packing paper and bubblewrap. Storage provision.

"Paul, and his team of three, were amazing; polite, professional and respectful. Nothing was too much trouble.

Paul provided a comprehensive quote which included a price for storage and subsequent removal from storage as a potential option. Packing boxes etc were delivered a week before and he shared valuable tips on packing technique.

My three bedroom house, including garage and shed, was loaded up ready for storage in just under two and a half hours. An additional smaller van was made available to take a number of items to my interim address.

This was teamwork at it's finest; they worked synergistically together which made it look easy and all with a smile.

Moved house to an apartment. Garden furniture and plant pots moved too. The removal company arrived on time. They quickly reassessed each room and determined the order of loading the lorry. Smoothly and without any hassle they cleared the house. We had to wait a couple of hours before the keys were available to the apartment and this didn''t concern them. At the apartment all the furniture and boxes were put in the right rooms, and all the plant pots on the terrace.

"Everything went very smoothly from start to finish. They were very experienced and extremely professional. I was confident that care would be taken with my possessions and it was. They were friendly and helpful, and this went a long way to easing my anxieties about the move. This is the second time I've used this company and would definitely use them again. I trust them, and I would highly recommend them."

"The second time we have used C Neale�s. We used them twelve years ago for my parents and were so happy we went directly to them again for our own move. From beginning to end their service was friendly, polite and cheerful - their attitude made what could have been a very stressful two days much much easier. We did our own packing (their packing service for my parents in 2012 was excellent) and there was no quibble when we asked for extra packaging materials. Happy customers. 😊"

"Danny from Neales removals visited the day before the move and packed. A superb job completed professionally. The day of the move was seamless with an early arrival and packing. Furniture items were diesassembled to enable them to be put in the van and of course re-assembled. Unpacking at the other end was also superb, items weer moved into rooms as requested and furniture placed appropriately. Heavy items such as the washing machinie were moved with no complaint.
