I engaged South Park Removals to assist in the removal of my furniture and belongings from my former home in London to a new house in East Yorkshire. In order to reduce the stress of the move I decided to clear the property being sold a few days before completion and have my possessions placed in storage for a short while before they were moved to the new house a short time after completion of the purchase. I also used the removal company''s packing service, which saved me much time and effort.

"South Park Removals managed the entire process with courtesy and care, and were most professional in their dealings with me. I was very impressed with the flexibility that they demonstrated in meeting my wishes regarding the timetable for packing, clearing my property in London, and bringing my belongings up to East Yorkshire. Their removal crews were at all times most courteous and considerate.

Telephone calls and e-mail messages were answered promptly and efficiently. I received clear and precise answers to all my questions.

Overall I was delighted with the service that I received."

We were moved by South Park Removal Service. We only moved down the road but they were so helpful and provided all the moving boxes, tape, bubble wrap and paper we needed.

"South Park Removal were extremely helpful. They kept in good communication with us throughout and quickly responded to emails. They provided all of the moving boxes, bubble wrap, tape and paper we needed and brought extra boxes on the day which came in very handy.

They were very patient and extremely efficient. They started moving items out of our flat as soon as they arrived and got everything unpacked into our new house within an hour of arriving there. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a removal company."

Southwark reduced ALL the stress from moving from my residence of 40 years to a new home. On leaving my property I was given their mobile number to keep in touch while the Lorrie’s were on the move to the new residence. On arrival at the new property there was a water leak on the front driveway the team helped to find the main water supply and turn it off. Reducing further damage to my property. The team were amazing I cannot express in words how professionals the team were.

I had complete trust and faith in the team who made a stressful situation flow with great ease. They were extremely efficient in packing all my worldly goods. The team carefully wrapped and clearly labelled all boxes identifying contents and specific room. The team did more than I could ever dream of to make my move stress free. We were moving from Essex to Suffolk and we were recommended South Park from a family member

"We cannot fault South Park, throughout the whole process they were friendly and very helpful. We had lots of issues with our transaction of buying and selling , but Southpark assured us they would do their best to move us on our required date . We only exchanged a few days before our actual move date , but as soon as we told them the moving day they bought us all the boxes , tape and bubble wrap we required the following day .

Two people turned up on our moving day and were friendly and very efficient loading up the lorry with our belongings , we had a long wait to complete and get the keys but the guys never complained and said they are used to waiting on completion day

We would strongly recommend South Park

Moving to a larger house in the same area

"Great guys! In the morning we had two guys working and within an hour they'd already cleared all the downstairs. They were friendly and polite, checking with us what was staying and what was going in the van or cars. In the afternoon more of the team were available and they worked seamlessly. Everything went where we needed it and they laid down mats on the stairs and hallway so that not much dirt or dust was left behind. We have already recommended South Park to one family we know who hope to move soon."

Very dusappoint3d with the packing. When we have opened the boxes there was damage and confusion abd drawersvwere put back in thevqrongnpositoons. A beautiful plant had been placed underneath heavy objects breaking its stems. Found it very stressful to unpack.

"I thought the larger items woykd be put back together in the rightvpkace. E.g. drawers put back in the right place. All the plugs were removed from sockets so we had no idea of where they went and the tv stick is missing."

I am shocked and saddened to receive your review. I have called & emailed numerous times but had no reply to the voicemails i have left. I would have happily sent the team back over to you to try to rectify any issues you had with the delivery. The team assisted you with the packing as you hadn't managed to pack by the removal day, but i have to dispute your comment regarding the house plant, we would never pack any item(s) on top of anything delicate. The team even dismantled and removed the stairlift for you as you had been let down by the company booked to remove it ! All of the items that were dismantled, were re-assembled as requested, the drawers were not removed from the chests. The team would have only removed the plugs if they needed to. We adhere to the British Associations code of conduct, which is clearly shown on our quotation.
I just wished you had called our office in the first instance rather than leave a poor review to try to tarnish our good reputation !

Large house move from London to Wilshire. It took over two days once to load up want to offload quite a difficult offload site managed well.

"Using South Park removals removes the stress of the moving side. The delivery of boxes was always next day. Andrew the point of contact was always available and very helpful. All the boxes and wrap they supplied with good quality. When the men arrived on the day they were very good in everything they did and very careful. They are obviously very knowledgeable and experienced removers. Nothing was too much for them to do. Arriving at the house and started offloading, once again nothing could be too much trouble to them even moving a piano three times around the room. I have nothing but praise for the whole outfit. I would 100% recommend to anyone South Park removals. The price quoted was the price charged."

Moving a three bedroom family home to a neighbourhood villa.

"Our booking was relatively short notice but the team could not have been more responsive or helpful with arrangements. They were incredibly speedy proving packing materials and delivered additional items within hours of requesting them.
On the day of the move the whole team were friendly, polite, respectful and very communicative.
It took much longer to gain access to the new property but they were very patient and moved like lightning once we got the keys.
