pack and move from 3 storey inner city Victorian house to a new build in the county.

"I found this company to be completely reliable and efficient from start to finish. the phone calls were always answered speedy and in a friendly manner and when my assessor was delayed due to the M1 being closed following a major accident, the office staff kept updating me on her likely ETA.
Every member of staff has excellent customer care skills, the packers and the removers were respectful and organised. I could not praise them enough.

I am in my late 70s so was grateful for the pack and move service , all the boxes, paper and tape were supplied and the packer took all the strs of going away. I would highly recommend this service."

We moved only a few miles down the road, but with two small children and very busy and stressful jobs, we wanted removers who would take the stress out of the move for us.

"I rang Bell and Sons in a panic as the removals company we had planned to use couldn’t do our date. I spoke to Rachel who couldn’t have been more helpful. She instantly put my mind at ease, was really understanding of how stressed I was (I’d spent all afternoon on the phone to 10+ removals companies looking for someone, anyone! who could do our date). Rachel was brilliant, gave me all the info I needed, asked me to keep checking up to exchange and calmed my frazzled nerves.

On moving day the guys who emptied our house were brilliant. Punctual, incredibly quick and very polite. Our three bed house was stripped, including a playhouse in the garden (which was lifted in one piece!), in 1 hour 45 minutes leaving us loads of time to tidy up. In fact, they were so efficient we went out for lunch. At the other end they had put our furniture back up, put the playhouse in the garden, emptied the lorry in to the correct rooms and checked we were happy in under 90 minutes.

Getting to exchange on our new home was the most stressful couple of months of my life. Bell and Sons made moving day really relaxed and a genuinely happy day. I can’t thank them enough for all their help and the efficiency on the day was incredible. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone moving."

"The whole process from the visit of Lisa to the completion at Poughill was superb. Everybody was friendly and accommodating, and the move itself went without problem. Very, very pleased. It wasn't so easy at the Cornish end, and Roly & Matt were extremely efficient and obliging. No complaints whatever. Thank you very much."

Moved at short notice from Warwickshire to Lincolnshire.

"Bell's came out promptly to quote and offered a very reasonable price. On the day we had 5 lads to load the van and 3 of those to Lincolnshire for the move. All were very courteous and most importantly very thorough and careful with our belongings. The team are a real asset to the company! The new house had a few access issues and the driver kept his cool, even when one neighbour was rude and very impatient.

Moving is not easy and we would confirm it is one of the most stressful things you do. Is interesting, not really, you just want to get it over as soon as possible. However, you need to know that you have people who are part of this process to be helpful, professional and have your best interests in mind.

"For us the process of dealing with Bell and sons was very good from start to finish.

The survey was on time and helpful if a little tight with the amount we had to get into the lorry. To say that it just fitted was an understatement.

We also had the company to pack for us which we had never done before and I would recommend this to everyone to have. It certainly makes life a little easier.
However, you do need to do some yourself to make sure its as you want it.

The removal guys were very helpful and could not have done more to make sure the days went as smoothly as possible.
Again they are the front line of the company and from our experience they represent the company very well.

Our furniture had been in storage for 5 months which had been organised by ourselves. P. K. Bell moved our furniture from the storage unit to our new home which was over 2 hours drive. The team from P. K. Bell called me when they were on their way to let me know when they anticipated arriving at the storage unit. They arrived when estimated (despite potential motorway delays) and were cheerful, courteous and helpful. Our furniture was loaded efficiently onto their vehicle. Unloading was also extremely efficient with 2 extra team members having been sent to help. We hadn’t moved for 21 years and were amazed how smoothly it all went.

"We contacted P.K. Bell having received sales material through the post. Our first contact was by email which was responded to quickly. As our furniture was in a storage unit, I took some photos to help get an accurate quote. We considered the quote that we received was very fair so the move was booked. The lady who took our booking was very helpful.
On the day of our move, the team arrived in good time, were very cheerful, helpful and courteous and packed their vehicle efficiently. Unloading was also very efficient.

"I cannot speak highly enough of PK Bell Ltd from the day of the estimate to the actual move day.
James came to pack up and was very efficient, polite and good company, I enjoyed having him in my home. I was very touched at the very sensitive way he handled a sentimental item to be packed.
Craig and Joe worked tirelessly and efficiently to pack the truck and again very nice, polite and good company to have in my home.

The journey was very good and it was rather funny to see them returning to their truck at the same services that we had chosen! So we thought we had better crack on to get the keys and be ready for them. It all worked out very well. very pleased at the unloading.

Job well done!!

"I cannot fault the team from Bell and Sons from estimating, packing and d and support from the sales team through to delivery. I have to make special mention of Bob, Carl and Charlie who packed, moved and placed all the boxes in the correct rooms for us on delivery. They just took a lot of hassle out of the move, were extremely helpful, polite and hard working. I must also thank Rachel and the admin staff for their support and to Phil Bell who came out to do the estimation at very short notice. It is very rare to find a Company that cares for it's customers the way Bell and Sons took care of our move. I would recommend them to anyone."

"Professional and efficient from the first appointment to the actual move. Always able to contact the office and they always returned their calls when promised. The guys handling the move were fantastic - they went above and beyond. Access to the new property was difficult, but they never complained and were efficient and considerate. We were moving a short distance but had items in storage. The move itself was fairly last minute but the company were fantastic in accommodating our needs.

"Moving house can be stressful, but the team of lads that moved us were brilliant. They were punctual, polite, hard working and were respectful of our requests. They didn't swear (unlike me) and overall we're incredible.
I cannot speak more highly of them. The whole process was made easier by the removal company but the team that moved us was the difference between simply saying thank you and a recommendation.
