"Apart from the late arrival when we had arranged a 9 am collection and they turned up at 09:40. We didn't even get a phone call to advise that they were running late. That upset us because we actually brought the time foreword from 10 am - 9 am for 2 reason. Lateness..... there really is no excuse,sorry! oh, 2nd a leg was knocked off in a bathroom cabinet, 2nd the explanation given by the remover was that it was only held on by two screws anyway!!"
