"We were disappointed with Harrison & Rowley on this occasion as items were not packed very sensibly – quite a lot of things were squashed or crumbled in their boxes. Some boxes were so poorly labeled that we could not find them for several days (e.g. food items packed in box marked – bed 4 rooms). Lead mover was fine but assistants didn’t have much common sense & overall we thought the service worse then when we previously used them."
