About Us

We sell, install, service & repair Robotic Mowers.

Our experienced installer is always ready to answer any questions when undertaking a free garden survey, take the time to understand your needs and what you are looking for and go through all available options with you. You'll find exceptional customer care and the best advice and aftercare in the area.

All machines undergo a pre-installation inspection where they are prepared ready for use and we will run through how to use the machine safely to ensure you are confident with your new purchase on installation.

Provided and set up robotic mower in my garden area.

"An initial telephone call provided me with information on the type and functioning of the robotic mower.How it would be set up and follow up to meet the terms of the Stihl guarantee.

A home visit was arranged to assess the features of the garden and where the mower cables would be set and the docking station with access to power input for battery charge.

Arrangements were made to order the mower having discussed price both of the product and the cable laying. A date for delivery and fitting was also arranged.

All personal contact was very friendly, enlightening and easy to understand.

The mower was delivered and fitted as per appointment. All work was quickly and tidily undertaken.

I was shown how to use the app to communicate with the mower and how to access its information panel. Timings for cutting were agreed, the cutting height set and the mower put into action.

I was given an invoice and payment arrangements made. I have since paid the invoice over the phone and was also able to have a query answered.

I chose this supplier on feedback from a previous customer and have been completely satisfied with all aspects of the job and would highly recommend their services without the need for improvement."

They have since their start up some year or so ago, now dealing solely with I Mows, previously run a very successful plant hire business and Imow distributorship for many years. They have always been our go to owners for all our gardening needs and Imows. They sold them to us and come to our home to maintain them and their in ground installation. We have three machines. They are not cheap. We run a forestry business and in their previous iteration provided all our forestry kit.

"They are outstanding owners. Their years of experience, all first hand and hands on, is unusual these days of instant start ups. They always carry spares when called out and have never failed to fix any issues and replace, often under warranty defective parts. Our scores under good practice next of a string of tens makes the point perfectly. Imow are very lucky to have them represent the brand. Mr Robinson is a walking expert on IMows and their vagaries and I have yet to see him floored by an issue."

"Kevin was helpful from start to finish. He advised on best perimeter placement for our lawn, installed the wire and docking station and then stayed around for the morning to iron out snags. "From first contact to final installation Kev and Linda provided a fantastic professional service. I had dealt with Kev at a family members installation so knew the great service we would get. Kev provided us with knowledge and understanding of what we required and kept us up to date with the timing on delivery. Once the imow arrived it was installed immediately and Kev was fantastic continuing with the set up over the following days.

"I had been looking for a new mower to replace a heavy petrol mower as neither myself or my wife could use it anymore, I had read reviews about various cordless mowers and Stihl seemed to regularly come up on top . Called in and was shown the range by very friendly knowledgable ladies and bought one that day. "My initial enquiry was very quickly followed up by a site visit and within a few days I had both Imows installed with no inconvenience whatsoever. Their service is excellent. Called to say that my dog had dug up some cable and it was dealt with the very same day. I cant rate them highly enough.
