Following storm damage caused by falling chimney, work was done to remove second chimney pot and repair damage to roof tiles

"As many others had also suffered damage to their roofs due to a recent storm, I expected to be added to a list of jobs. However, the guys appeared fairly soon after I contacted them and an assessment was made. It was deemed that no water ingress was likely imminently so the wait was a couple of weeks.
When they did arrive, the work was carried out quickly and competently. The entire team are a polite, friendly and helpful bunch and very easy to work with. This is the second time I’ve used this company and won’t hesitate to call them again.

A recent storm blew off a chimney pot that needed to be replaced.

"I randomly made the decision to contact Alan Brown Ltd. They were excellent, quick response to call, explained timescales involved, then rolled up when they said they would and no nonsense just did the job. The cost was reasonable. Repointing work on wall of house where it joins the roof of another part of the building. Repointing chimney stack, removing old seal at bottom of chimney and applying new seal of masonry. All the works are to prevent ingress of water to the house.

"It was very difficult to get a roofer during autumn / winter and Alan Brown was one of the few who actually responded. They were honest about timelines but made a commitment to do the work. They were very busy and it took two visits to do the work. Everything went smoothly, they were professional, gave me confidence in their abilities and sorted the areas that were causing water ingress to the building. The cost was in line with what we expected and I would not hesitate to use Alan Brown Roofing Services Ltd again."
