Repair issue in for my bathroom door

"I called this company on the 15/10/24 at 3pm to relay my recent experience with one of their workers who had visited my property in connection with a repair issue for my bathroom door.

The worker came into the premises on the 9/10/24, cracking the door open, leaving a huge hole in the wall, promising to return within 24hrs to fix the issues which he had left in a worse condition than he met it.

After a few days of him not showing up, I called the company on the 15/10/24 at 3pm in hope that I could speak to a member of staff who would provide a reasonable explanation to help rectify my disappointing customer experience.

However, the lady who picked up the phone instantly sounded frustrated, angry with a very harsh tone, undetermined to hear me out. She said several times on the phone (out of sheer irritation) that she would hang up the call prematurely and proceeded to cut the call abruptly, without providing any explanation as to why the job was left undone.

She proceeded to call me patronising, rude and she interrupted me several times during the call that I could not get a word out. When I asked her why she called me rude for simply relaying my experience, she shouted loudly “You are not rude but I still find you very patronising, don’t talk to me about customer service do you think you know how to do my job better than me? Well I will hang up the on you right now.”

This was highly unprofessional, appalling and insensitive.

I do not believe that this is an adequate representation of this firm's ethos of integrity, good customer service and reliability.

I would like for this phonecall to be listened to and investigated, as a matter of importance and urgency, by a Senior member of staff or a managerial staff to rectify the manner in which this case was dealt with on the 15/10/24.
