It is a legal requirement for Estate and Letting Agents to join a Government-approved redress scheme. The two schemes approved by the National Trading Standards Estate Agency Team are:

• Property Redress Scheme
• The Property Ombudsman

Property Ombudsman - Residential Sales Redress Scheme and TSI Approved Code

This firm is registered with the Property Ombudsman (TPO) which is independent and provides a free, fair and speedy review of complaints relating to residential property transactions between registered agents and clients that fall within his terms of reference.
