Oak tree and sycamore tree trimmed, and hedge cut down to 6ft. Cleared up and removed waste.

"Travis responded very quickly to initial enquiry. Turned up when arranged to give quote. When I contacted to agree, was given date and time. Because of weather, date had to be changed, but I was kept informed and the team turned up on revised date as agreed.

As this was for tree surgery very impressed that no chain saws were used.

Arborcare (UK) Ltd have carried out work at the Old Rectory, Bramerton,Norfolk, over a number of years. The grounds have a considerable number of trees of various sizes, species and age.The range of work has included routine maintenance, substantial re-shaping and pruning and on occasions challenging operations to deal with trees felled during storm conditions.

"As described above, Arborcare have carried out substantial tree maintenance, pruning and felling. They are diligent, tidy, thoughtful in their approach and entirely and impressively professional. The work has included storm felled and damaged trees which has been completed safely and efficiently.

The nature of tree surgery is one that requires a strong degree of trust between client and the company, particularly as the work has often required difficult and complex climbing to complete the work. Arborcare have always carried out and completed the necessary remedial work with a high degree of safety and professionalism which for ourselves as customers is reassuring.

Their arboreal knowledge and advice has also been extremely valuable in assessing how to achieve the best results while maintaining the integrity of the trees and associated foliage.

In summary they are our 'go-to' arborists when work is required either on a routine or emergency basis and will continue to be so. We would recommend them without reservation.

We have marked them accordingly with a top score of ten. We would have been quite content to give them eleven.
