On this occasion, half a day’s tree work. This is the 4th time I have used Tom Boswell’s firm.

"I have used these guys several times. They are knowledgeable about trees, quick, courteous and professional. They turn up as agreed and leave as planned. After giving much consideration to the matter, we decided to have the maple tree in our small garden felled. Tom''s team were punctual, polite and efficiently felled the tree, griding out the base. We also had some slight thinning to one of the other trees in our garden. The team cleared the site and left the garden looking very tidy. Would certainly recommend Tom Boswell Tree Services!

"The company’s service was very professional, efficient, helpful and friendly from the original visit of their adviser to completion of the work. The work involved pruning of a large horse chestnut tree in a domestic garden to allow sufficient space for growth and spread of a newly-planted tree. Felling of 2 trees, pruning of another and general cutting back and tidying of garden.

"Very pleased with the service, from the first contact they went out their way to be friendly and helpful. The consultation was great, I felt confident that they knew what they were doing. With the quote the were flexible, giving me options that could save me money. On the day they were very professional, checking everything first and again at the end to ensure I was satisfied. The garden looks great and they cleaned up really well.

Removal of a large apple tree, reduction by about 20% of a paper bitch. We live in a mid terrace house in Chiswick so all the waste had to be manhandled through the house

"They were quick to come and quote for the work, and the quote came in next day. The price was about the same as another quote we had, but we were impressed with their speed of response. We had one or two queries on the quote - emails were responded to same day or overnight.

We booked the appointment some 6 weeks ahead (they could have come quicker - that was what worked for us). Tom rang on the Sunday afternoon to confirm their arrival on Monday morning.

They came on time and did the work quickly and tidily. Everything had to be taken through the house but they left no mess.

Overall - they did a great and professional job for a fair price and I would have no hesitation in using them again - we have already recommended them to our next door neighbour."
