The work involved clearing belongings, debris, collected building materials including paint, tools, household furnishings from my Mother''s house.

"Mike Bowen came to the property, walked with me through each and every space to be cleared and then went away to consider a proper price for the work. I was happy to not receive a price there and then because the amount of work to be done was considerable and Mike told me that he and his team ended up taking around 15 tonnes of mostly worthless stuff out of the house, the workshop and shed at the bottom of the garden.

One of the reasons I decided to use Mike's company was because I was confident that all waste would be disposed of in the proper manner.

Mike gave me a schedule for clearing the property which he stuck to.

As I live quite a distance from the property I gave Mike and his team access from the keysafe on the property and they just got on with the job and then photographed everything to show me it had been done.

I am very happy with the work done and would unreservedly recommend Mike and East Anglia Property Clearance should you need a property cleared."

My old furniture was removed for disposal along with much old rubbish from an out door shed.

"The two men were absolutely delightful.They turned up punctually and seemed to enjoy their work.The whole experience was carried out professionally and nothing was too much trouble.Really friendly and reliable.I was overjoyed with what they did.Such a weight off my mind.I would recommend them and would use them again.😊"

"Having searched for a legally compliant disposal service we chose EAPC. Unfortunately there are waste providers on the net who claim to have EA disposal licences but don't display them.EAPC showed their EA certificate and an EA check verified its validity.
It's important to do this to avoid fly tipping.
We also chose EAPC because if the friendly helpful service.

Mike and his team provided a house clearance service clearing the house of all contents plus the garden shed and greenhouse contents.

"Mike was extremely professional and friendly. We met/spoke about the clearance of all items from my late parents’ property. Mike was polite and compassionate at all times.
Mike tries to recycle where possible; assuring us that any clearance is as environmentally friendly as possible. This was a factor we considered important — as would our parents have done.
Mike kept us up to date with the job at all times. His price was very fair for the work involved and it was completed in a thorough and timely manner.

Flat clearance and basic clean of property.

"I contacted this company after looking for a clearance company. Their reviews were very good. I had the task of clearing a flat in Norwich, after an elderly friend passed away. I live about 3 hours away near Brighton so this was going to be a task. Mike returned my query very promptly. All through the whole process Mike was a great communicator. He was honest, friendly and reliable. Mike and his team treated the whole process with consideration and understanding. A very personal service.
I would recommend him to anyone needing a property clearance in the East Anglia area. He also offered to come to our hotel to pick up the keys and get started if we did not need to be there. Clearance of flat ( on 13th floor of a property) and shed .

"The clearance of the flat and shed were carried out with professionalism and thoroughness.

This was not an easy job as the flat was on the 13th floor of the property but I was reassured by the contact and information I received.

I particularly liked the links to supporting charity too.

The property was visited to discuss requirements and agree dates and times.

The keys were picked up as arranged and the property cleared; then keys were returned . This was a great help to me at a difficult time .

You were efficient, polite and friendly .

I felt that I was in very safe, trustworthy hands.

I can recommend you highly.

To clear the grounds and garage of a property prior to sale.

"we are in NZ and had a sudden offer of a sale. We had left quite a bit of stuff which friends reorganised. Mike and his team made several trips to assess the amount for removal. It took two trips because the buyers pulled out things from behind shed and then demanded their removal too so Mike was helpful and returned to take the last lot. We could pay from our UK account and settle quickly. Mike sent photgraphs of the cleared site and that was super reassuring."

To clear and clean three flats.

"East Anglia Property Clearance were commissioned to clear away old furniture and waste (and there was a lot) from 3 flats, they did this and then cleaned the flats to a good standard. I was very happy with the price for the work done and I was also happy with the excellent communication and quality of work, I would use them again."
