"The end result is excellent and has brightened the room. However, the delays caused by manufacturing errors (outwith Ecofit's control) were difficult to handle. I paid the deposit on 25 June and the work was not finally completed until 21 Nov. I was told the work would be done "August/September""

"Communication poor, I initiated all contact. Work due end of May beginning June did not begin till mid July and did not finish till 1st August.
Velux windows were to be installed first did not happen, this could further delay to internal finishing.
