Complete removal of exsisting fireplace, chimney breast up to and including the stack, removal of those materials. Rebuild a new chimney breast, installer multi fuel burner and hearth etc.

Supply and Installation of replacement wood burning stove. Parkray Aspect 5 fitted, including replacing old chimney liner.

"Competitive price but not best ‘delivery’ time. But I guess that’s a reflection of the businesses success. Kerry, the owner, stated what he could do, and stuck to it.

His installation team were very courteous, friendly, clean, and tidy, and completed the job effectively and completely to our satisfaction.

All we did was supply copious amounts of tea and coffee, which got drunk in passing only.

Very happy clients!"

"Kerry who visited us to provide a quote was polite, obviously very knowledgable and not at all 'pushy'. He provided a written quote via email very quickly with an estimation of when works could be completed if we wished to proceed. Works were completed as promised and the support given to us by Kerry when we were faced with complaints from difficult neighbours (over something totally unreasonable and nothing to do with the quality of work) was exceptional."

"Norfolk Stoves were extremely reliable from turning up for the initial meeting on time, all the way through to the successful installation of our burner .
The stove is a great addition to the house and far the best job we have had done to date.
The team were quick, clean and friendly and I can only highly recommend Norfolk Stoves for all of their professionlism.

A fireplace opened up and a Parkray multi fuel stove supplied and installed

"This company did as they said they would. They turned up on time to do the quote, the quote was emailed to us the following day.
After the quote was accepted they kept us informed up to the day of the building works, and then up to the day of the stove installation.
They were tidy, friendly, helpful and above all else they did what they said they would do.
We recommend to anyone looking for a professional job at a reasonable figure."

"Great service from a fantastic team. The people I dealt with were professional, friendly, knowledgeable and helped me make the right choice for my woodburner. They had a wide range of woodburners and are competitively priced. They delivered on everything they said they would and more! As a single woman I felt happy for the installers to be in my home and they were trustworthy. Once the work started they left my home clean and tidy, nothing was to much trouble. Communication was first class and they kept me fully up to date with deliver times and installation schedules. I would highly recommend Norfolk Stove Installer. Putting in 2 wood burners - One in our living room ( AGA) and one in our office (bought from ebay)

"Overall extremely happy with these installations. The work done was thorough and well executed and the job was swift and efficient - but in no way rushed.
The workers were clean and tidy and a pleasure to have around.

We are very happy and cosy with our wood burners - the Aga took a little getting used to but now we have bonded and would not look back to life without them.
